Donna Edwards Endorsed By Progressive Maryland
TEMPLE HILLS, MD – Today, Maryland’s champion of living wage agreed that Donna Edwards can provide the leadership the 4th Congressional District, Maryland, and America needs in Congress by endorsing her candidacy. Progressive Maryland is a grassroots organization of more than 15,000 members and supporters as well as 40 affiliated religious, community, and labor organizations.
“I am honored that Progressive Maryland has joined our campaign for change,” said Ms. Edwards. “This group has done so much to improve the lives of Maryland’s citizens and I take great pride in knowing that they have faith in me to fight on their behalf for living wages, affordable health care, quality education, and campaign finance reform.
