I am committed to bringing sensible solutions to our region's transportation problems by prioritizing significant expansion in metrorail and mass transportation strategies around the inner-Beltway, across the nation's only federal bridge, the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, and from Prince George's County to Montgomery County.

I believe that a strong transportation infrastructure contributes toward positive economic development in existing areas around the Washington Beltway, enhances our quality of life, and improves our air and water quality by reducing pollution.
